How to Wash Baby Clothes Without Washing machine

Babies clothes are so delicate that I have stopped using washing machine to wash and dryer to dry them. I cringe when I see those clothes beaten by the washer for 30 minutes. And more over they shrink a little every time they come out of washer. So be a little creative, wash them by hand .It will help increase clothe's life and it will save electricity too.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Drift or any other brand for babies
• Bucket
• water

1. 
   Fill bucket

   Fill the bucket to the brim with water . You can use cold or hot water as per your discretion

2. 
   Lather up

   Pour baby detergent(I use dreft) in the bucket full of water. Pour as much as is needed for the load of clothes. Lather up the detergent

3. Separete the whites from the colored clothes . Soak in the first load of clothes in the detergent. Leave it for 10-15 min.

4. After 15 minutes, take each cloth item from the water and rub them in your hands gently to remove all stains and dirt.

5. 
   Clean rinse them

   Pour out the dirty water and fill your bucket with clean water . Rinse and swish the cloth in the clean water to remove all the deteregent from them . You can wash the clothes under the running tap also.

6. 
   Wring the clothes

   Once the cloth is clean , wringe and twist them to remove all the water

7. Dry them in dryer or hang them from the clothes rack in the sun, if the weather permits

Tips & Warnings

• Its better to wash small loads each day or alternate days than washing a big pile every week. Gets done faster!!
