Soak your shirt and put it in a chair in front of a fan.

      • 3

Wet the sleeves of your shirt while the fan is blowing.

Wrap a piece of ice in a face cloth and wet your pulse points.

For females a slightly wet tissue may prevent the dripping down of sweat to the cleavage.

You may also slightly wet a shirt before wearing it.

      • 8

You may also fill your bathtub with water and soak yourself. Keep changing the water until you are cold.

Drink a lot of water even if you are not thirsty but make sure you do not overdo it.

Stay in lower places like in the basement or underground. Keep the air flowing; turn off electrical devices since they might add up to the heat.

Fill your refrigerator with everything cool to eat- ice cream, ice drops, frozen fruits etc. Eat smaller meals. Spicy food or mint may cool you down.
