Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Bathe yourself before applying peppermint oil to your skin. Do not dry off after bathing or showering. Long hair keep slightly damp.

  2. Step 2

Before you clothe yourself take out the bottle of peppermint oil. Pour a few (3-4) drops of the oil in the palm of your wet hand and rub it between both palms of your wet hands.

  3. Step 3

Apply and rub the oil into both your damp hair and scalp. Do this until most of the oil is gone from your hands. You will feel less oily.

  4. Step 4

Wet your hands again and apply more oil to your palms again. Rub this application over the hands and neck. Avoid the sockets of the eyes.

  5. Step 5

Now with the same application methods rub the water and oil solution on each part of your body. Then dress appropriately for your activity. Reapply it during extended outings.
