Things You'll Need:
- phone book
- Internet/Computer
- Newspaper
-
Step 1
First check the newspaper listings. Most newspapers run a list of Christmas and holiday church services. You can call your local newspaper and ask for the newsroom extension. Someone in the newsroom should be able to tell you when this information will run in the paper.
-
Step 2
Google churches in your area. Sometimes a church will run a listing of the special mass times with the information they list on the Internet. Some churches have their own web sites that will list this information.
-
Step 3
Check the yellow pages for church listing. Call and find out the mass times for Christmas Eve and if they will be having a midnight mass. It is best to call during business hours, as some churches have someone on staff who answers calls during the day only. If they do not have a midnight mass, they may be able to refer you to somewhere that is celebrating at midnight.
