Add More Fruits and Vegetables To Your Diet

Fruits and vegetables are so important to eat daily. They keep your immune system healthy and regulating properly. There are many easy ways you can get more fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • V-8 Smoothie drinks
  • V-8 Vegetable juice
  • Mini carrots
  • Low fat ranch dip
  1. Step 1

Drink a glass of a V-8 smoothie. You can find this product in the bottled juice section of your grocery store. Each glass of a V-8 smoothie provides vegetable and fruit servings. You can also drink the vegetable version of V-8 too.

  2. Step 2

Another way to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet is to make a snack out of mini carrots and low fat ranch dip. Not only is this a healthy snack, it also tastes delicious!

  3. Step 3

Eat a bunch of grapes. You can also put grapes in the freezer and then eat them. They taste delicious frozen!

  4. Step 4

Put peanut butter on your apples. Not only do you get fiber from the apple, you will be getting protein from the peanut butter.

  5. Step 5

Drink homemade smoothies. For a great homemade smoothie recipe see my article on making a healthy smoothie.
