Swallow 2 tbsp of honey in the morning to help reduce any hangover. If desired, you can mix 2 tbsp in 4 oz of water. If you feel your hangover coming back throughout the day, simply consume 2 more tablespoons of honey for fast relief.

Tips & Warnings

  • Drink plenty of water throughout the night of drinking, as well as the day after drinking. Hangovers can be dramatically reduced if you keep your body hydrated. Taking a hot bath first thing in the morning will pull out toxins in your body and will reduce the symptoms of a hangover. Drink alcohol slowly throughout the night to reduce any type of hangover the next day. Eat foods that are high in carbohydrates and protein before going out and drinking. These types of foods will reduce the abrupt absorption of alcohol in your system, which can cause you to get sick.

  • Never drink too much, always put a limit on how many drinks you will have during one night. By not keeping hydrated, your body will quickly become dehydrated, which can cause vomiting and a terrible hangover the next day.
