How to Beat the Westcliff Shooting Game in Fable 2
You've made it to Westcliff and found they have a nice shooting game for you to try your luck at. All you've got to do is rack up 175 points and you've got the meanest pistol on the block: the legendary turret pistol "The Red Dragon". So just how do you get 175 points?

1
Buy a master flintlock pistol. This is as accurate and fast as pistols get. Speed is a primary factor in hitting the targets. You will need to be fast, but your weapon also needs to reload very fast.
-
2
Max out your Speed stat. This will cost a lot of time and Skill experience, but is well worth it. At the very least, you will need four stars in Speed to beat 175 points.

Invest in Barnum's scheme. When you first reach Westcliff, your old friend Barnum offers you an investment opportunity. He is attempting to rebuild Westcliff into a tourist destination, but needs some capital to do it. His investment isn't cheap: he needs 5,000 gold. However, performing this means that when you get back from The Spire, Westcliff will be totally changed. It also means you will be shooting different targets on the shooting range. In old Westcliff, you shoot villagers. In the new Westcliff, you shoot bandits. This is important because the bandit targets are larger and are easier to shoot in the head.

Always aim for the head. It takes longer, but a headshot will earn 3 points instead of one. This is critical to reaching 175 points.
-
5
Aim for a couple spots. Picking the targets out of a small area and shooting them exclusively will save you a lot of time over patrolling the entire shooting area. This is particularly true in round two. Don't bother shooting the targets on the sides; just roam back and forth on the bridge. The targets are at a similar level, which makes headshots easier, and there is almost always a target there. Similarly, patrolling the roof and the front of the house in round one and the left or right side in round three will make things much easier for you.

Tips & Warnings
Aim for at least 60 points in each round. This ensures you get the high score.
If you can't make 60 points in round one, just let the timer run out and start again. Round one is by far the easiest. The targets stay up longer than other rounds. If you are trying for the high score and you can't make 60 points in the first round, your time is better spent restarting the match.
Do not use a blunderbuss of any kind for this! You will invariably hit the wrong targets and cost yourself points.

I got a score of 203 without doing Barnum's quest, just with a bit of practice and 1000 gold. I just made a bunch of headshots really fast.
