How to mix an Irish Carbomb

Ever drank an Carbomb, a Belfast Bomber, or an Irish Carbomb?
Want to know how to make one?
Named for the references to the Irish ingredients and the Provisional Irish Republican Army notorious car bombings durig the Troubles.
This is not a drink to be consumed by lightweight drinkers.
I have seen people drink a couple of them not realizing how strong they are.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Stout Beer (Or Porter)
  • Irish Cream
  • Irish Whiskey
  • Pint Glass
  • Shot Glass
  1. Step 1

    Pour the beer into the pint glass. Use a frosted glass for a frostier beverage.

  2. Step 2

    Pour one half shot of Irish Whiskey and one half shot of Irish cream into the shot glass. The Irish cream should float above the Irish whiskey.

  3. Step 3
    Dropping the shot glass into the beer glass.
    Dropping the shot glass into the beer glass.

    When ready to consume drop the shot glass into the pint glass and drink immediately.

  4. Step 4

    Do not, I repeat, do not drink and drive.
    And please drink responsibly.
    If you are a minor, please do not drink.
    If you are an alcoholic, please seek help.
    This is a strong drink because of the whiskey.

Tips & Warnings
  • Frost the glasses by washing and immediately putting in a freezer or cooler for a few minutes.
  • For a thicker Irish Cream, refrigerate it.
  • Do not let the drink sit around because it will curdle.
