If your use to letting your hair dry naturally by air drying but want to blow dry it, there is away to keep your hair healthy. These steps will help you to blow dry your hair without damaging it.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Blow Drier
  • Comb or Brush
  • Dry Towel
  1. Step 1

    Make sure you don’t start with completely saturated hair, gently dry it with a towel getting out most of the excess water. This will cut down your drying time and keep your hair from being over dried in certain areas.

  2. Step 2

    Gently brush all the tangles out with a comb or brush before you start to blow dry it.

  3. Step 3

    Do not hold the hair drier to close, try to keep it at least six inches away from the hair section you’re working on and move the dryer around your head frequently also make sure to keep the drier set on low to medium setting.

  4. Step 4

    Allow your hair to cool before you brush it since the heat will cause your hair to break off easily.
