How to Get a Body Like Allison Janney

Ohio born actress Allison Janney is best known for her Emmy winning role on "The West Wing", though lately she's appeared in a number of movie roles as well. She shows that women can look great no matter what their age, which explains why so many people want to get a body like Janney.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Practice portion control and watch what you eat. The actress uses portion control to keep her body in great shape.

  2. Step 2

    Use the Bar Method to tone your whole body. This practice combines pilates, yoga and isometric work to tone the entire body with the sessions.

  3. Step 3

    Grab your running shoes and go for a long jog. When she can't work out with a trainer, Allison Janey often jogs to stay in shape.

  4. Step 4

    Do strip aerobics to have fun while still working your entire body. Janey has worked out with Sheila Kelley in the past, using her Sfactor program.

  5. Step 5

    Work out with 2-3 pound weights to tone your upper arms without developing large muscles. Janey uses smaller weights to firm up her arms.
