This article will explore what these qualities are along with ways that you can use this particular oil for your benefit. The orange oil, extracted from Citrus sinensis, has a sweet and tangy smell to it. One can inhale the sweet scent and immediately feel it's warming, uplifting properties. This oil is yellow to orange in color and is used for a variety of purposes. Some but not all properties of orange essential oil are anti-depressant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, diuretic, sedative and tonic.
