JuicerInvest in a juicing machine you will find enjoyable to use. There is a variety out there. From inexpensive ones that can be picked up used at the Goodwill or a garage sale, to the very costly ones that run hundreds of dollars.

CucumbersAsk yourself what veggies or fruits your normally select for yourself? If you don't enjoy raw fruits and veggies, now's the time to start trying them out. Mix them up. Make your own homemade V8!

I would like to point out to you, CCrock, that I don't really recommend bottled or canned juices. Sorry. The enzymes and nutrients are at their prime within the first few minutes that they've been freshly juiced.
