Have you been looking for juice recipes for weight loss? Tired of being overweight, exhausted all the time, and unhealthy? Raw juices and juice fasting are both huge passions of mine. I've lost over 100 pounds and have enjoyed countless juice recipes I threw together myself. If you're wanting to lose weight naturally, this is the article for you!

Things You'll Need:

  • some time
  • persistence
  • dedication
  1. Step 1

Invest in a juicing machine you will find enjoyable to use. There is a variety out there. From inexpensive ones that can be picked up used at the Goodwill or a garage sale, to the very costly ones that run hundreds of dollars.

  2. Step 2
    Cucumbers

Ask yourself what veggies or fruits your normally select for yourself? If you don't enjoy raw fruits and veggies, now's the time to start trying them out. Mix them up. Make your own homemade V8!

  3. Step 3
    Orange Juice

The key to enjoying a variety of juice recipes for weight loss is to keep them simple, fun and keep switching up the recipes.

  4. Step 4

For example, one day you might wake up and make yourself an apple-grape juice. The next day, try a carrot-spinach juice. Carrots and spinach may not sound appetizing when you first wake up, but I assure you this juice is sweet, delicious, and is energy in a glass!

  5. Step 5

If you're always trying new recipes for weight loss, you'll never get bored. Don't fall into a rut of having the same juice day after day. Experiment. Try new fruits and veggies you never would have even thought of buying before. This is your time to shine, to get healthy, to achieve weight loss!

  6. Step 6

Look at "Resources" below and you'll find a site filled with free juice recipes, as well as more articles with information on juice fasting, and a for finding a juicer that's perfect for you and your juicing needs.

Tips & Warnings
  • Incorporate cucumber juice into your juice recipes for weight loss. Your skin loves it, as it improves elasticity. That's a huge blessing to enhance skin elasticity during weight loss!
  • Always consult with your health care professional before proceeding with a new health regimen.

on 1/27/2009 I appreciate everyone's comments! I'm so glad that you've enjoyed my article, and that each of you are on a path to raw juices and health!

I would like to point out to you, CCrock, that I don't really recommend bottled or canned juices. Sorry. The enzymes and nutrients are at their prime within the first few minutes that they've been freshly juiced.

Hope that helps!
