Instructions
  1. Step 1

    ok, Now you can make mini pizzas right from your kitchen, without having to buy frozen pizza. (lol)

    Just don't forget to checkout my other recipes on ehow.

  2. Step 2

    OK, the INGREDIENTS:

    1 pound ground beef
    1 pound ground pork sausage (best if fresh)
    1 onion, chopped
    10 ounces processed American cheese (cubed)
    32 ounces cocktail rye bread (the best)

  3. Step 3

    Preheat oven to 350f
    In a large skillet,
    brown ground beef and sausage
    Mix onion into the sausage and beef mixture,
    and saute it until tender.

    Drain grease out of skillet (don't forget)
    Stir processed cheese food into the mixture. Keep cooking until the cheese melts. place the bread on a cookie sheet, Put large spoonfuls of the mixture onto each slice of bread.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
    This recipe should serve about 20.
