Most people today spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen. Whether it's for school, work, or even a little fun, looking at a computer screen continuously day after day can put some uninvited wear and tear on your eyes. You might find yourself with dry, tired eyes. Maybe your eyes burn, itch, throb, or ache. Whatever the problem, you'll enjoy this natural remedy that will bring much-needed relief to your eyes. The amazing thing - it even helps pink eye!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • (2) organic chamomile tea bags
  • a little water
  • a few minutes
  1. Step 1

Dip your two organic chamomile tea bags in a little water.

  2. Step 2

Lean back in a chair or lay down. It helps to be in a relaxing position.

  3. Step 3

Place one organic chamomile tea bag over each eye.

  4. Step 4

You can place a folded, cool wash cloth over your eyes (the tea bags will be beneath the wash cloth).

  5. Step 5

Leave the organic chamomile tea bags on your eyes for a few minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Discard the tea bags.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can use cold or warm water to dip your tea bags in. Some prefer cold water as it's very refreshing and effective for allergy eye, puffy or swollen eye - even for pink eye! Of course, if you prefer the warm method, it's very soothing and effective as well.
  • Be sure you aren't allergic to chamomile flower before proceeding with this natural remedy.
