Love macaroni and cheese? Try this!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pasta
  • Chunks of your favorite kinds of cheese
  • Water
  • Pot
  • Knife
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil
  1. Step 1

Fill a big pot halfway with water. Add a little bit of oil and salt to the water. Bring the water to a boil.

  2. Step 2

Add the pasta of your choice (shells and macaroni are the best) to the boiling water. Cook pasta until tender according to the directions on the box, and drain. Put the pasta back in the pot.

  3. Step 3

Take chunks of cheese (i like to use cheddar and monterey jack) and chop it into little pieces. Add the cheese to the cooked pasta, right in the pot. The more cheese you add, the cheesier (and yummier)!

  4. Step 4

Heat up the pasta and cheese over high and stir continuously, making sure that the cheese covers the pasta evenly. Add a dash of black pepper if desired. When all the cheese is melted and is hot, it is all done!

  5. Step 5

    Enjoy while it is hot!

Tips & Warnings
  • Teflon pots are wonderful. If you have teflon, use that.
  • If you let the cheese and pasta sit too long, it could stick to the bottom of the pot. Be sure to stir continuously!
