This marbled cheesecake is made even more wonderful with a hint of Bailey's Irish Cream!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cups Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  1. Step 1

    You can use a store bought chocolate pie crust or make one by following these easy directions: Combine 1 1/5 cups chocolate wafer crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 cup butter. Press the mix into a pie pan.

  2. Step 2

    Beat cream cheese until it forms a smooth consistency.

  3. Step 3

    Gradually mix sugar into cream cheese.

  4. Step 4

    Add the eggs to the mix one at a time, blending thoroughly.

  5. Step 5

    Blend the Bailey's Irish Cream into the mix.

  6. Step 6

    Pour 1/3 of the mix into a separate bowl and mix in the 2oz of melted chocolate.

  7. Step 7

    Pour the plain mix into the pan. Add the chocolate by the spoonful in various places.

  8. Step 8

    Create the marble swirls by pulling a butter knife or toothpick through the mix.

  9. Step 9

    Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 250 degrees for about 55 minutes. Cool before serving.
