Yes, it's easier said than done, but when it comes down to it, if you are responsible for your own feelings. Think positive thoughts. Focus on the fun you'll have doing winter activities and seeing your friends and family. Try not to focus on all the things you have to do, focus on all the things you GET to do.

Prioritize. Take a pen and paper and write down all the things that you really want to do this holiday season. Be it take a family ski vacation, prepare a fabulous dinner, or visit certain relatives. You might be surprised what you leave off. Don't bend over backwards trying to accomplish things if you don't even want to do them.
