Things You'll Need:
- 1 piece of poster board
- tape
-
Step 1
All you need is 1 sheet of white poster board and some tape.
-
Step 2
Tape the poster board to a table and wall. You can also tape the poster board to a table with a box behind it.
-
Step 3
Affix the poster board so that it is curved but not creased.
-
Step 4
Use painter’s tape if you are worried about tape damaging your wall or tabletop. Painter’s tape removes easily and won’t damage hard surfaces.
-
Step 5
You don’t have to have expensive lighting. Just set up your “studio” near a window or natural light. Place the item in the center of your set-up.
-
Step 6
Take the photo. Be sure to take several shots so you will have a few to choose from.
-
Step 7
Crop and edit your photo. Editing is the most important part. Adjust the color and remove any sunspots if necessary. The photo will appear clean and professional.
-
Step 8
For extra variety, experiment with different colored backgrounds.
