Step 1
Try a new healthy recipe. Find a healthy recipe that appeals to you and make it for dinner that night. It may help you to realize that healthy food can still be tasty and can motivate your to get back to healthy eating.

Take a walk. Even if it is just a 5 minute walk on your lunch break. Just get up and do it and you will feel better from it.

Step 3
Write down your weight loss goals. Seeing your weight loss goals on paper will re-motivate you and help you to get excited again for your weight loss program.

Go the grocery store and stock up on healthy foods. When you get home, throw away the unhealthy foods so all you have at home to eat are healthy foods that fit in your weight loss plan.

Get support from a friend or family member to help you get back on track. Find a person that has the same goals as you to lose weight and promise to motivate each other. It is easier to lose weight with a buddy than going at it alone. If you can't find a family member or friend, visit a weight loss support group on the internet.

Step 6
Listen to your favorite music. Before you know, you may just get up and start dancing. Dancing is a wonderful exercise and it can show you that you can have fun and get in some exercise.

Step 7
Look back at what you did in the past and where you got off track with your weight loss. Make a commitment that you will not do it this time. If you have to, write down a weight loss program that you know that you can stick to and post it where you will see it everyday.
