survive Fallout 3 after leaving the vault

Have you adventured into the world of Fallout 3? Traveling the Capital Wastelands of America? Sure at times it can be a very, very tough place to survive. With my help though, we can get through it togethor.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Fallout 3 Game
  • Some way of playing the game
  1. Step 1

After you escape the vault, and get your first look at what America has become, survival may seem a to be a very difficult scenario to grasp. Don't worry as long as you took your time gathering stuff in the vault you should be ok.

  2. Step 2

The best thing to do when you exit the vault is to find shelter. Some where you can sell the shirt off your back, and the tin can you been kicking around. You need bottle caps.

  3. Step 3

Bottle caps are the new currency of the World. After exiting the vault it is best to pull up your pip-boy, and look at the world map. You should see were the story wants to continue on to. To the city of Megaton.

  4. Step 4

Megaton is where you need to be, don't kill anyone. Talk to sheriff about bomb, then disarm bomb. You will then have your happy little home to live in, and storage for all your weapons, armor, and other crap you find on your journey.

  5. Step 5

Now that you have a place to sleep, and to keep your items. Living in the wasteland won't be to bad. Actually you may find it to be a little enjoyable.

  6. Step 6

Good luck, and keep an eye out for future How To' s for Fallout 3.

Tips & Warnings
  • It is best not to sell all the junk you collect throughout the game. Instead keep it, you never know when you may need it.
