Step 1
For beginners, the time of qigong practice may be not that important as for those who have already reached certain levels. However, choosing a good time can still help with improving the training results.
-
Step 2
You can choose when to practice qigong according to your own living habits. Or you can choose a time that is convenient for you. Most people usually do it in the morning right after getting up, and at night before going to bed.
-
Step 3
Some periods of time are not good for qigong practice. For example, do not practice qigong when you are hungry with an empty stomach. Do not do it either immediately after eating a full meal.
-
Step 4
When the weather is really bad, it is not good to practice qigong. Here bad weather includes a storm or hail, thunderstorms, extreme heat, and solar and lunar eclipses.

on 2/12/2009 Step 3 was interesting, since I have practiced Chi Kung soon after eating (I am a novice practitioner). Thanks for the advice!
