Some principles need to be followed when practicing qigong to achieve good results.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

One of the most important principles in qigong practice is natural relaxation. During the qigong training, you should fully relax your whole body.

  2. Step 2

The next principle is tranquilization, that is, to keep a peaceful mind and a stable emotion. This can be done through focusing your mind and removing other thoughts. Tranquilization in qigong practice is a quiet state while you are still awakening. If you can have a peaceful mind, it is easier to get more relaxed of the whole body.

  3. Step 3

Another principle in qigong practice is combining movements and tranquility. There are two categories in qigong, one category uses movements, the other category is static.

  4. Step 4

To achieve good results, choose an appropriate type of qigong for your own mental and physical conditions. Usually movements and tranquility of the body should be combined to achieve better results.
