Vehicle decals/signs normally need to be applied by a sign company. The average cost can be $200.00 upwards. You can have professional signs/decals done for much less.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

If you have Photoshop or a graphics program. Measure the size you want your decal to be.

  2. Step 2

Type up the lettering in Photoshop or your graphics program according to the measurements you have.

  3. Step 3

Save the file as a 150dpi pdf file in your graphics program. Most graphics programs can either save or export as a pdf file.

  4. Step 4

Take the pdf file to Fedex Kinkos and they will be able to provide you with a cut-out decal as per your pdf file.

  5. Step 5

Simply peel the decal and apply to your vehicle(s).
Average savings can be over a $100.00 doing it this way rather than at a sign company. The decal/sign provided by Fedex Kinkos is the same material a sign company uses and will not peel or fade over time.
