Many woman go back and forth on whether they should have bangs or not have bangs. The trouble with this is that when a woman decides that she doesn't want bangs anymore, it can take quite some time to actually grow out the bangs. Many times the bangs may even go through an "awkward" phase when they are growing out. Here is how you can grow out your bangs and make the most of it until they are fully grown out.

Things You'll Need

• Bangs
• Brush or comb
• Bobby pins
• Headband
• Clip
• Hairspray

Instructions

1. Brush your bangs to the one side of your face. If you usually part your hair on the left side, then blow-dry your bangs to sweep to the left side. This will help them to blend in with the rest of your hair. If you bangs are long enough, try to tuck them behind your ear to stay put.

2. If you are having trouble getting your bangs to go to the one side of your head, then use bobby pins to secure them to the side of your head. Tuck the bobby pins under the rest of your hair so that they can't be seen.

3. Purchase a couple of different headbands when growing our your bangs. Use the headband to sweep the bangs back off your face. You can sweep them straight off your face or again, have them parted to the side. The headband will help the bangs to stay put and off your face.

4. If your bangs are slightly longer you can take a small clip and clip them back on the top of your head. This is a cute hairstyle that is trendy right now. Make them have a little bit of a poof and not slicked to your head. Use hairspray on the bangs to make sure they stay in place and to get some height on them.
