  • Key holder

      Pick one place that you will automatically leave your keys, whether it's a bowl on your kitchen counter or a certain pocket in your purse (preferably one that sticks out in your mind). Never alter where you place the keys.

      Attach a brightly colored key-chain decoration to your keys. They are easy to spot and harder to lose. Good colors to choose are neon colors, pink, yellow and light green.

      Hang a key chain holder on your wall. Place your keys where you will see them on your way out the door.

      Use a wrist coil key chain. You can keep your keys with you at all times, even if you don't have your purse or pockets.
