I love this recipe, it's one of my favorites and it's so easy to make!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Butter
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Parmesan Cheese
  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 1 stick of butter (or less depending on how much chicken you make) in a cake pan . Trim the fat off the chicken before baking, and cut into halves if desired.

  2. Step 2

Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese...I usually add some salt and pepper to taste. I always do half and half but it depends on how cheesy you want the chicken. Dip the chicken in the melted butter and coat with bread crumbs/cheese mixture on both sides. Place in the pan.

  3. Step 3

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Then flip it for about 10 minutes. I usually sprinkle some parmesan on top of the chicken while in the oven so it melts on top. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or whatever side dish you prefer. Enjoy! It's delicious.
