Things You'll Need:
- Cubed buffalo chuck, some black beans, and various spices.

Step 1
Put 3 tbsp of your favorite olive oil in a fry pan and heat. Use medium high heat for this step. Cook 2 pounds of cubed buffalo in the pan until it is nice and brown.

Add 5 chopped and seeded jalepeno peppers, 1 diced onion, 2 minced cloves of garlic, and 1 diced green or orange bell pepper.

Cook until the onion becomes clear. Then, add 8 ounces of your favorite tomato sauce, 2 cups of beef stock, 3 tbsp chopped cilantro, 1 tbsp paprika, and 2 tsp crushed cumin. Bring it all to a boil.

Simmer the contents of the fry pan for 1 and 1/2 hours. Add 1 cup of cooked black beans. Use salt and pepper to taste. Garnish this dish with a sliced lime and cilantro.
