You love him; that is undeniable. But your impulses cause his indignation. You follow everywhere he wants to go, you call every other hour when you are not together, and he can’t simply get rid of you. You are everywhere he is, and he just seems to become the laughing stock of his friends because of you. If this situation goes on, you’ll end up following no one, because he might as well break up with you.

Here’s the deal. Stop being an obsessive girlfriend and he’ll love you more. How?

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

It comes with the acceptance that he is not you. He loves doing things that does not appeal to you. He has his own circle of friends. Let him enjoy what he wants and let him be with his friends once in a while. Give him space and give yourself a break. Enjoy what your own stuff. Be with friends just like what he does. Find something interesting to indulge and take your time for yourself. After some time of being away from each other, find time to reconnect.

  2. Step 2

You are a couple, but you have your individuality. Always remember who you are apart from him. Do not cling to your boyfriend too much. When he is pulling away, do not pull him back to you. Discuss situations that you see is becoming out of control.

  3. Step 3

Spend quality time together; don’t bother him when he is busy with something. However do not be too loose. When the freedom you give is being abused, take actions.
