Things You'll Need:
- a bra one cup size larger than your own
- cotton or polyester batting/stuffing
-
Step 1
Select a bra that is one cup size larger than the bra you normally wear. Look for the shape that you want to achieve. Do you want a pointy bra or a rounded one? Try it on to make sure the band fits around your chest comfortably. Also, you want to select a bra that has an underwire and provides fuller coverage. Granny bras are easier to stuff than demi-cups or lingerie tops.

Step 2
Using the cotton or polyester batting, start by packing it underneath the breast at the base of the bra. Fill both cups evenly to lift your breasts up.
-
Step 3
Once you have stuffed underneath, use the batting to fill in the gaps around the sides, front, and top of the bra. Ideally, you should have more stuffing at the base than on top. Make sure nothing is poking out of the sides and use a mirror to check evenness.

Step 4
Pull on your favorite tight sweater and you're all set!
