Step 1
Simply plug the Credit Alliance Group DAAN Home Phone Module in ANY phone jack in your home. "Click"....done!
(For all phones, even cordless; make sure your touch-tone phones are set to "Tone" or "T" and not "Pulse" or "P") -
Step 2
When you answer and determine it is a creditor / collector, press the STAR (*) KEY and hang-up! Now smile and go back to dinner, watching TV, or visiting with family or friends.
(NOTE Computer Calls: If you answer a call and no one is there, it is a computer-generated call. Simply wait a few seconds; when a live representative answers and identifies him/herself as a creditor/collector, press the STAR (*) KEY and hang-up.) -
Step 3
IF any caller should disobey Credit Alliance Group DAAN and try to re-contact you in the future, please email contact information to ClientRelations@CreditAllianceGroup.net. Credit Alliance Group DAAN can provide you with a free list of attorneys in your area who have experience pursuing harassing callers, should you wish to initiate legal action under Federal and/or state laws. Credit Alliance Group DAAN will also provide the attorney of your choice with any evidence Credit Alliance Group DAAN has regarding the collector's initial notification of your representation.

When you have completed your debt management program with Credit Alliance Group, simply return your Credit Alliance Group DAAN Home Phone Module to:
