  • English muffin Fat-free American cheese Low-fat ham (97 to 98 percent fat-free) Spray butter

      Cut an English muffin in half. Toast both halves. Spray both sides lightly with butter.

      Put four to six pieces of ham on the bottom half.

      Lay a slice of fat-free American cheese on top of the ham.
