Things You'll Need:
- English muffin Fat-free American cheese Low-fat ham (97 to 98 percent fat-free) Spray butter

Step 1
Cut an English muffin in half. Toast both halves. Spray both sides lightly with butter.

Put four to six pieces of ham on the bottom half.

Step 3
Lay a slice of fat-free American cheese on top of the ham.

Step 4
Replace the top half of the muffin.

Step 5
Put the breakfast sandwich in the microwave for about 30 seconds to warm the ham and melt the cheese.
