Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • soft, moist lips
  • a willing partner
  1. Step 1

The secret on how to kiss like a pro begins with fresh breath. Bad breath is a surefire way to turn a kiss sour. Make brushing your teeth thoroughly, flossing, and gargling with mouth wash a part of your everyday routine. Good oral care sets the stage for kissing like a pro.

  2. Step 2

Another oral care tip that will help you kiss like a pro is hydration. Keep your breath fresh and reduce dry mouth by staying hydrated with water. Drinking at least 6 glasses of water a day will help your mouth stay moist. A moist mouth also helps oral care by making the mouth less hospitable for the bacteria that cause bad breath.

  3. Step 3

How to kiss like a pro doesn’t just involve oral care. Good nutrition will also help make your kisses sweeter. Snacking on crunchy fruits and vegetables activate the saliva glands in your mouth. This helps clean sticky foods from your teeth and reduces your risk of bad breath. Getting in adequate amount of vitamin C prevents helps oral care and fights bad breath. Drinking tea containing herbs, such as parsley, coriander, spearmint, eucalyptus, and rosemary, also reduces your risk of bad breath. (See the Resources area for more information on drinking tea for health.)

  4. Step 4

Before you pucker up for that kiss, check your lips! Are they soft? Or do they feel like rough sandpaper? Keep your lips kissable by drinking adequate amounts of water and applying a natural chapstick at the first sign of dryness. If you spend a lot of time in a windy, sunny, or dry environment, regular use of a natural chapstick may be necessary to prevent cracked lips.

  5. Step 5

Moving on to the actual kiss, make sure your sweetie is ready for it. Give clues that you want to kiss. You could gently caress your sweetie’s thigh or hair, say something romantic, or wet your lips as you give a lustful look. Lean in and pause slightly, giving your sweetie a chance to welcome the kiss.

  6. Step 6

As you kiss, do not go hog-wild. Save the wet and sloppy kisses for your dog. Always err on the side of gentleness when kissing (especially with someone new!). Lower your eyes to avoid looking like a deer caught in headlights. Embrace your sweetie during the kiss if you want to kiss like a pro. Lightly touching areas like the nape of your sweetie’s neck will make the kiss more excitingly sensual.

  7. Step 7

After the kiss, take a short breather and repeat as many times as your sweetie is willing to. Enough with the kissing tips—it’s time to score a kiss! Have fun kissing like a pro. Smooches!
