If you have a craving for Shake n Bake pork chops, but want to spice it up, check out the following to make your own Shake n Bake like pork chops.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 Pork chops
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • Onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, or whatever spices you would like to add
  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs and place beaten eggs in flat container large enough to set a pork chop in.

  2. Step 2

Mix together bread crumbs and spices to your liking. Also, place in flat container large enough to set a pork chop in.

  3. Step 3

Dip pork chop in egg covering both sides. Then immediately dip into bread crumb mixture. Make sure to completely cover both sides of each pork chop.

  4. Step 4

Place pork chop on greased cookie sheet. Repeat for remainder of pork chops.

  5. Step 5

Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Please note that baking time is sometimes different for certain ovens and altitude. Keep an eye on pork chops and remove only when fully cooked. Sprinkle some parsley for color when removed from oven. Serve with favorite vegetables and potatoes.
