How to Make Oreo Ball Candy

Things You'll Need

• 1 pkg oreos
• 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
• chocolate almond bark (candy coating)
• wax paper
• toothpicks

Instructions

1. To start, I always get out all of my ingredients. It makes the whole process much easier. Also read completey throught the directions or the recipe before starting.
   Put the whole bag of oreos in a sealable freezer bag. Close the bag and crush all of the cookies. A food processor works well too. Soften the cream cheese. In a medium bowl mix the cream cheese and oreos. Stick the bowl in the freezer to chill. Let the oreo mixture sit in freezer for a good 5 minutes.

2. After the 5 minutes take the oreo mixture out and roll them into small balls. A little smaller than a golf ball. Once all the mixture is rolled into balls stick the balls back in the freezer.

3. Take the almond bark and follow the directions on the back on how to melt the chocolate. Follow Directions! Once the chocolate is melted get your oreo balls out of the freezer and dip them one by one in the chocolate. Toothpicks help with this, if you don't have toothpicks just use a fork. You will need to work rather quickly becuase the chocolate will start to harden. Place the chocolate covered balls on the wax paper, remove the toothpick and let them dry. These are sooo good. You can wrap them in cute little christmas packages and give them to friends, neighbors or whomever.
