Things You'll Need:
- Chicken breast
- Bacon strips
- 1 orange
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- onions
- squash
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- bit of salt
- paprika
- wooden sticks

Step 1
You will have to cut the chicken in medium chunks. Set aside. In a bowl combine orange juice, soy sauce, pepper, maple syurup, vinegar.

Add garlic, and mix. Place the chicken in the bowl.

Add the vegetables and sprinkle some paprika to it. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Set up your grill. Prepare your skewers. If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for about 3 minutes so they don't burn during cooking. Thread the chicken onto the skewers. Place them in the grill, depending on the heat of your fire and the thickness of your kabobs, they should take approximately 4-8 minutes per side.

This are the left overs! I forgot to take a picture of the ones that looked better lol... they were too good to wait!Once they are firm to the touch, or 160-165 internal, they are ready to come off!! Enjoy!
