Step 1
First put yourself into your potential home buyers shoes and look at your property with their eyes. Start with the walkways or entrance to your home. What do you see? What changes can you make to make your home more appealing to your home buyers?

Now go through your entire house and really look at it. What can be taken out of each room, what can be put away in storage. Take a look at how neat and clean your rooms are. Are all the children's toys and clothing put into drawers or closets or stored for your new move.
Think of how your potential buyer will be looking at your home and remember that are trying to visualize how they are going to live in your house and where there things are going to be placed, don't block their view of your home with with things. De-clutter and Re-organize. -
Step 3
After you have gone through your entire home and de-cluttered and re-organized it, now look for any imperfections that you can fix easily, clean carpets, add a coat of paint to make rooms look fresh and bright.
