Olive oil has been used for centuries to soften and hydrate skin. Epsom salts act as a natural exfoliator to get rid of dead skin on the soles and heels of the feet.       In a small bowl, mix 1 cup Epsom salts, 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil and 1/8 tsp. lavender or eucalyptus oil (optional). Lavender is a calming scent and eucalyptus is an invigorating scent.

      Pour warm water into a small plastic tub or massage foot bath. Dip your feet into warm water and then massage the foot scrub into feet, especially concentrating on the soles and heels of your feet.

      Leave the scrub on feet for 3 to 5 minutes and then soak in the tub or foot bath. Wash off any remaining scrub from your feet.

      Dry your feet with towel. Rub moisturizing lotion into your feet, if desired.
