Tired of bad smells in your plastic ware & plastic containers? Here's How to remove odors!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

After you are done with your plastic ware wash it with unscented dish soap so that you don't have the dish soap taste in your dishes.

  2. Step 2

Mix 2 Tbsp of baking soda, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, and 1/4 cup water. Make into a paste and rub your plastic ware with this like you are using a scrub.

  3. Step 3

leave this sit in your plastic ware for 10 minutes. Rinse and dry. Also place a box of baking soda in the cabinet that you have your plastic ware in as well just like you would your fridge.

  4. Step 4

You may also want to try and add a small amount of bleach with your paste for heavy duty odors. Just be sure to rinse really well so there is no bleach left behind when the dish is used for food.
