These are some ideas for the recycling of leftover meats. If you don't have enough to make a full meal just bag it up and freeze it till you do.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Ground Beef
  • Pork
  • Beef Roast
  • Chicken
  1. Step 1

Taco meat can be used in Chili. Any cooked ground beef can be used in meat sauce or hamburger helper type casserole meals.

  2. Step 2

Beef roasts can be cubed and used for soups, stews, or Pepper Steak (My favorite). It can be sliced thin and used in Beef Wellington Rolls.

  3. Step 3

Pork roast can be placed back in the oven and cooked till all the connective tissue breaks down and then add barbecue sauce for a barbecue pulled pork sandwich. Pork can be diced and use for sweet and sour pork stir fry.

  4. Step 4

Chicken can be used on top of salads. Used for chicken salad... the mayo based one. It can be diced for chicken ala king, chicken pot pie, etc.. Shredded and barbecued.

  5. Step 5

These are just a few examples of how to recycle leftovers. Remember, they're our friend.
