Maybe you have a big family to feed... Maybe you own a restaurant or catering business. Well, welcome to my "Don't Throw That Out!" Articles. I will show you how to feed them leftovers and not only will they not know they're leftovers but they'll tell how delicious they were.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Knowledge of Health Regulations... I'll touch on these a bit.
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Hash Browns, Breakfast Potatoes
  • Bacon, Ham, Sausage
  • French Toast
  • Cheese
  • Peppers, onions or both
  • Flour Tortillas
  1. Step 1

Okay, I'm not telling you to keep burnt disgusting looking leftovers to recycle. Leftovers can be reused as long as they are brought to a temperature of 160 degrees for over a minute.... this will kill any nasty bacteria. You can use cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. over again and make them look like a new dish... read on.

  2. Step 2

First take the cooked potatoes and dice them or break them up into small pieces and place in a bowl.

  3. Step 3

Chop your leftover breakfast meat into small pieces. Chop or break up with your hands the leftover scrambled eggs. Dice the leftover peppers and onions. Mix all ingredients together and add some shredded cheese.

  4. Step 4

Lay out your Flour Tortilla shells and place some of the mixture in the middle. Starting at one end roll the tortilla around the mixture while tucking in the sides.

  5. Step 5

You can do these the night before if you choose. You can either brush the tortillas with a little oil and bake them or deep fry them. Either way you will get rave reviews for these Breakfast Burritos.
