How to make Red Raspberry Leaves Tea

The consumption of Brewed Red Raspberry Leaves during Pregnancy is vital for both Mom and baby especial during the third trimester of pregnancy. Red Raspberry Tea has a similar taste as Black Tea. Red Raspberry has been approved Safe by the FDA. Red Raspberry contains array of vitamins and minerals to support pregnancy child birth, after child birth and breastfeeding such as Vitamins A, B1, B2, C E and minerals like Potassium, Calcium and Phosphorus. Red Raspberry promotes a woman's immune system, healthy skin, newborn born development, circulation, tones pelvic muscles before and after child birth, prepares uterus for delivery, improves uterus responses during labor, ease labor pains, treats anemia, leg cramps, hemmoroids, morning sickness and nausea, diarrhea and promotes health milk flow for nursing babies and increase milk flow when babies hit their critical growth spurts. Red Raspberry also decrease or eliminate bleeding after child birth.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a kettle
  • 1 teaspoon of Organic Red Raspberry leaves
  • 1 cup of hot or warm water
  • 1 tea cup, mug, thermos, or tea tumbler
  • spoon
  • muslin bag or paper tea bag (if you don't have or want to use a tea strainer, tea infuser, tea ball, tea filter or tea tray.)
  • Organic Stevia leaves, Organic honey, Organic sugar, or Splenda. (Optional)
  • Kettle stand
  • Tea infuser or tea ball (optional but beneficial for clean up) or Tea strainer, Tea tray, or Filter (Optional but beneficial for separating tea from leaves and for clean up)
  • Saucer or Trash can
  1. Step 1

    Place clean kettle on Cook top or Stove Top.

  2. Step 2

    Place 1 cup of Hot filtered water or Warm Filtered Water inside kettle.(Hot and warm water boils quicker than cold water. But if you just want cold water, place cold filter water instead inside the kettle instead.)

  3. Step 3

    Turn or Cook top or Stovetop on High Heat or Medium High Heat. (Which ever you prefer or if you like Medium put Cook top or Stove top on Medium.

  4. Step 4

    Let water in kettle come to a boil.

  5. Step 5

    Once water achieve a boil, remove from heat then place a Tea infuser or Tea ball of 1 teaspoon of Organic Red Raspberry leaves inside the kettle. (If you don't have infuser or ball, simply place leave inside the kettle or in muslin bag or paper tea bag.) Turn stove or cook top off. If place loose leaves of Red Raspberry inside kettle, simply stir it and let set for 10 minutes. Place kettle on cook top, stove top, counter top which can't be damaged by hot items resting on it, or a kettle stand. Mug option below

  6. Step 6

    If you don't want to place Red Raspberry Leaves inside the kettle, and prefer to place leaves inside your tea cup, mug, thermos, or tea tumbler, place Red Raspberry leaves inside a muslin bag, paper tea bag, tea filter, tea strainer or tea tray first. Then proceed to tea cup, mug, thermos or tea tumbler. Pour brewed Red Raspberry Tea in desired beverage container.

  7. Step 7

    Let set for 10 minutes after set time is up, remove muslin or paper tea bag, tea strainer, tea filter or tray our of desired beverage container.

  8. Step 8

    Place tea strainer or etc. on a empty saucer or through in a trash then place in the sink or dishwasher rack.

  9. Step 9

    Place a desired amount of Organic stevia leaves ( a natural plant sweetener), Organic Honey, Organic Molasses, Organic Sugar or Splenda in your brewed Red Raspberry Tea.

Tips & Warnings
  • Since Red Raspberry Leaves has a familiar taste of Black tea, you can add fresh organic or pasteurized milk or cream, soy or lemon juice in side brewed raspberry tea with Step 9.
  • Red Raspberry Containers Tannins, and the element causes diarrhea in some people and is notes not to be used long extent of time. Use the herb with care and contact a Practitioner or OBGYN before using this herb.
