This no bake fudge recipe is quick, easy and very delicious. This is perfect to make with the kids. This fudge would also be a nice addition to a holiday goody plate.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup butter
  1. Step 1

Place the butter and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl and microwave until the butter is melted and the peanut butter is softened.

  2. Step 2

Add the vanilla, cocoa and powdered sugar to the bowl, and mix by hand until smooth. If the mixture cools and becomes hard to stir, pop it back in the microwave to soften it back up.

  3. Step 3

Scoop the mixture into an 8x8 square pan and place in the fridge until the fudge is firm. You can sprinkle powdered sugar, chocolate chips, crushed candy canes, or nuts on top.

  4. Step 4

When the fudge is firm, cut it into squares and serve. This recipe is so easy to make and tastes so good, it will soon become a family favorite.

Tips & Warnings
  • For variety, you can mix in nuts, chocolate chips or caramel chips.
  • Use real butter, not vegetable spread, or your fudge will turn out too soft.

on 1/6/2009 Wow! No bake, my kind of recipe--I can hardly wait to try this. Peanut butter--is one of my husband's favorite foods--now, if we can just remove those nasty calories--thanks,
