How to Make No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

This no bake fudge recipe is quick and easy to make. It only takes about 15 minutes to go from ingredients to a complete dessert. Does this Spark an idea?

  • 1 16 oz. box powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup butter
  • Microwave safe bowl

Instructions

      Place the butter and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave it on high until the butter is melts and the peanut butter is soft.

      Add the vanilla, cocoa and powdered sugar to the bowl, and mix it by hand until the fudge is smooth. If the mixture cools and becomes hard to stir, pop it back in the microwave for a few seconds.

      Scoop the mixture into an 8-by-8 square pan. Place the pan in the refrigerator until the fudge is firm. Sprinkle powdered sugar, chocolate chips, crushed candy canes, or nuts on top to taste.

      When the fudge is firm, cut it into squares and serve.

Tips & Warnings

  • For variety, you can mix in nuts, chocolate chips or caramel chips.

  • Use real butter, not vegetable spread, or your fudge will turn out too soft.
