  • 8 ounces yogurt

      Place flax seeds in a coffee grinder and grind them to a coarse or fine consistency, according to your preference.

      Set aside one tablespoon of ground seeds and place the remaining flax seeds in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This extends their freshness for several months.
