Things You'll Need:
- Thyme leaves
- Nettle leaves
- Horse chestnut leaves and fruit
- Sweet flag root
- Measurring stuff
- Large pot
- Salt
- Water
- Stove that works well

Step 1
Go to local herb store and pick up the fallowing items: Thyme leaves, horse chestnut leaves and fruit, sweet flag root, nettle leaves, and salt. Go home. Add 1 qt water in pot and let boil. Mix equal parts of the herbs. Once water is boiling add 1/2 tbsp salt to water.

Add 3 tbsp of the herbal mix to boiling salted water. Let solution boil 20 mins.Turn off the burner. Let the solution cool to a temperature that is warm but will not burn you. Once it is to a point were the temperature feels good use it to bathe your legs gently.

Do not rush. Enjoy it. When finished dry legs softly with a towel. Do not rub instead pat dry gently. Lay down and elevate legs for 1 hour or so. Do not use this concoction if you are a minor, are pregnant, or are breast feeding.
