How to stop your back pain using oat.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Oat straw 2 pounds
  • 3 qts of boiling water
  • Bath water
  • Bath tub
  • Dry towels
  • Time to relax
  1. Step 1

    First go to a health food shop or your local herb shop and buy lots of oat straw. You will need allot of it because to prepare for each bath you need 2 pounds of it. Once you are home and ready put 3 qts of water into a pot and set it on stove. Turn on stove and wait for the water to boil. Lay out your towels for after bath while you are waiting if you like.

  2. Step 2

    Once water has begun to boil add the oat straw to water and let boil 30 mins.At some point durring the half hour the oat water is boiling you will want to run a warm bath.Be sure you test the temperature of the bath water before you let it run too long. Then when the 30 mins is up turn off the oat water.

  3. Step 3

    When the bath water is at desired temperature and depth bring the oat water into the bathroom and add it to the bath water. Test temperature again and adjust as needed. Get into tub and enjoy the soak.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure you have quiet peaceful relaxation time.
  • Do not let it boil over or burn.
  • Do not let tub over flow.
  • Do not fall asleep in tub.
  • Do not skip testing temp of tub water.
  • Do not leave kids unattended at all.
