Things You'll Need:
- chocolate wafer crumbs, or regular.
- ground allspice
- sugar
- dark rum
- chocolate chips
- chocolate sprinkles
- cocoa
- corn syrup

Step 1
2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs or regular.
1/2 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp cocoa
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp corn syrup
1/3 cup dark rum
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup chocolate sprinkles -
Step 2
Into a large bowl, sift together 1 cup of the confectioners' sugar, the cocoa powder and allspice.
Stir in the rum and corn syrup. -
Step 3
Stir in 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers in and mix well.
Place in the refrigerator to firm up slightly, about 30 minutes. -
Step 4
(The mixture will appear crumbly and dry;) Place the remaining 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar in a shallow bowl or dish.

Using your hands Shape into 1 inch balls. place on a tray with wax paper.
roll half the balls in the confectioners' sugar, coating evenly.
Place on a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. -
Step 6
In a double boiler, using hot water, melt chocolate.

Step 7
Let it cool a little.
Dip the other half of the balls into melted chocolate with only a thin coating. -
Step 8
Roll in candy sprinkles.
Place balls on waxed paper lined tray until chocolate is set.
