Follow the steps to Web resources and determine if an Elite investment account is a sound choice for your financial goals.

2. Consult a financial adviser. Log on to the Raymond James website and click "Find a Branch." Search by zip code or by address, city and state. Make an appointment to meet a Raymond James adviser to discuss opening an Elite investment account. Work with the adviser to determine which investment options best complement your financial plan.

3. Ask for a complete disclosure of the account and all applicable terms, as well as alternate options for buying and selling securities. Define limit-order and stop-loss orders that are available to investors and discuss Web tools available to investors and Brokers for Internet trading.

4. Ask about company privacy and security policies. Agree that your information will not be sold to third party marketing agencies. Specify that your personal information will not be used to later solicit investment trading alternatives for the account unless requested.
