Baby formula can be very expensive. Read on to find some ideas about how to save on formula.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • computer
  • time
  1. Step 1

    TYPE OF BABY FORUMLA
Decide what kind of baby formula that you are going to use and find out how much it is selling for (by the ounce).

  2. Step 2

    SIGN UP WITH COMPANIES
Sign up with all formula websites such as SIMILAC, ENFAMIL, GOOD START, to name a few. These companies will send you samples and coupons or checks.

  3. Step 3

    TRADE
Trade the samples and checks or coupons that you are not using. I used Similac Soy, so I traded my Similac Advance formula with someone else that had Soy. I traded my Enfamil and Good Start samples with other moms who were not using Similac Soy.

  4. Step 4

    BUY A LARGER AMOUNT
If the coupons and samples are not an option. Sam's Club and Costco sell formula in bulk.

  5. Step 5

    SALES
Look for sales at different stores and buy formula with a coupon on top of the sale. That is double the discount.

Tips & Warnings
  • BREAST FEED If you can I would breast feed. It is the best thing for baby and it saves you lots of money.
