Want to lose weight fast? Here is simple safe way to lose weight without starving yourself. This is also a great way to detox.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 juicer
  • 4 large organic carrots
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
  • cucumber
  • vinegar
  1. Step 1

    Wash the carrots using water and a stiff vegetable brush to remove any dirt.If the carrots are organic then there is no need to peel the carrots.

  2. Step 2

    Remove the green tops and slice the carrots to fit the juicer. Peel the ginger and slice ginger to fit the juicer. Juice the carrots and the ginger. Put as little or as much ginger to suite your taste. Mix in honey and cayenne pepper.

  3. Step 3

    Drink one glass in the morning one in the afternoon and one at night. During the day snack on unpeeled organic cucumbers.Wash the cucumbers well with a vegetable brush. You can dress the cucumber with a little vinegar and black pepper.

  4. Step 4

    Make sure to drink plenty of water. Stay on diet for 7-12 days.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can drink detox/dieters tea daily before you go to bed to cleanse better.
  • If your stomach can't handle it try drinking just two glasses of juice per day and snack on more cucumbers.
