Things You'll Need:

  • Black current leaves
  • or berries
  • or juice form
  1. Step 1

    To use leaf form:Buy leaves.Bring them home.Put them in bag or strainer before you begin.Use clean dishes and pots only.
    Use 1 tsp leaves.
    1/2 cup water boiling.
    Combine leaves and water.
    Let stand to cool 5 mins when done.
    Take 1 to 1 and a half cup per day.
    Do not sweeten or sweeten using honey only.

  2. Step 2

    Using dried barry form:Boil 1 cup water and 1 to 2 tsp dry berries.This is to make mouth wash or gargle.Be sure you allow it to cool.Repeat daily.

  3. Step 3

    Berry juice as needed or 1 tbsp at a time.A cup at a time works well until you find what amount is best for you.Careful too much can give you the squits so have tp and bathroom handy when doing this.Part of it's ability to make you lose weight is the fact it makes you poop so don't worry it's only cleansing your body.
